Feeling overwhelmed, on edge or running on autopilot? Discover practical ways to pause, reconnect and respond with more choice—even when life gets busy or dull.

Join Sandra for a warm, engaging and interactive session that helps you understand your body’s stress signals and work with them. Through clear explanations and guided practices, you’ll explore how your nervous system responds to everyday pressures and try simple tools to help you feel more grounded, focused and better equipped to handle challenges.

What you’ll take away

  • Recognise stress sooner: identify your personal triggers, patterns and early warning signs.
  • Regulate in real time: practise centring, grounding and other techniques you can begin using in just 30 seconds.
  • Respond with greater choice: create a pause between feeling stressed and taking action.
  • Build everyday resilience: discover small, realistic habits that support recovery and balance over time.

What we’ll explore

Understand your stress response
Make sense of fight, flight and freeze, and recognise how these responses can show up in your body, thoughts and behaviour.

Try practical tools in the moment
Experience simple grounding, breathing and embodiment practices you can use at work, at home or before a challenging conversation.

Make resilience part of your day
Explore manageable ways to support your nervous system regularly and strengthen your capacity to navigate stress.

Optional embodiment mini-coaching
An opportunity to explore how to apply the tools to your own everyday challenges.

Leave with a clearer understanding of your stress responses and a practical toolkit to help you manage overwhelm, regain focus and support your wellbeing—one small practice at a time.
